1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ddd111 ("ddd111", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ddd111.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotional activity, or otherwise using any part of the ddd111 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ddd111 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical measures intended to circumvent this rule — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ddd111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings, and block the player from future registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ddd111 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ddd111 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are authenticated will be treated as your own, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar), and a selfie with your ID document. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. ddd111 handles all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ddd111 supports a comprehensive range of Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players across all divisions of Bangladesh. 4.1 Deposits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Game Contribution

6. User Obligations

By using the ddd111 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive to the platform or to other players. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ddd111.
• Attempt to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the ddd111 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the ddd111 software, payment infrastructure, or any connected third-party game provider's system.
• Deposit or wager funds that originate from any criminal activity, money laundering scheme, or other unlawful source.

ddd111 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these obligations. If a breach is confirmed, ddd111 may permanently close the account, forfeit any balances held, and report the incident to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ddd111 platform — including but not limited to the ddd111 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ddd111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the ddd111 platform in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of ddd111. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract data from the platform is expressly prohibited.

Game content displayed on the ddd111 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All rights are reserved by those providers. ddd111 operates as a licensed operator of their content and has no claim over the underlying game IP.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either party — the player or ddd111 — may close a ddd111 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. 8.2 Closure by ddd111

ddd111 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; and receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute. Where an account is closed by ddd111 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the ddd111 platform ceases immediately. Any active bonuses, free spins, tournament entries, or promotional credits attached to the account will be cancelled without compensation. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, and liability limitations — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.

8.4 Disputes
